Key Responsibilities:Project Management & DeliveryLead the end-to-end delivery of complex data projects, ensuring alignment with business goalsDevelop and manage detailed project plans, sprint backlogs, and resource assignments.Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and re-plan as needed to meet deadlines.Stakeholder EngagementAct as a liaison between business units, project sponsors, and external data partnersFacilitate alignment meetings such as stand-ups, showcases, and steering committees.Data Strategy & ExecutionOversee the implementation of data capabilities including ingestion, transformation, and deliveryEnsure high standards of data quality, structure, and governance.Team & Vendor ManagementManage internal teams and third-party data providers.Coordinate with IT and business platforms to ensure smooth integration and support.Risk & Budget ManagementIdentify and mitigate risks to project delivery.Track and report on budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization.Required Skills & Experience:Experience: 8–10+ years in data project delivery, preferably in Agile or DataOps environmentsTechnical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud), APIs, BI tools, and emerging tech like AI and distributed ledgersTools: Proficiency in JIRA, project management software, and data engineering tools.Methodologies: Strong grasp of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management approachesSoft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
