Specialist Technical Support: EA Controls

Your job:Independently handle 2nd level technical support inquiries with a focus on control systems and Festo controllers Analyse complex system and customer issues related to Festo controllers such as CEPE and CPX‑E‑CEC Prepare application notes, how‑to documentation, and technical knowledge base content and engage in technical forums and databases to provide structured and timely solutions Develop and deliver technical training sessions and presentations remotely and in person for global support teamsCollaborate closely with development, product management, quality, sales, subsidiaries, and customers worldwideProvide occasional on‑site support for troubleshooting, programming, and commissioning of machines using Festo controllersYour qualification:Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification with 5–8 years of relevant experienceProfessional experience in commissioning, technical service, or automation support with strong exposure to control systemsSolid PLC programming knowledge (e.g., CODESYS V3 including STL and CFC, Beckhoff)Understanding of industrial fieldbus systems such as EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, and OPC UAExperience with Festo controllers, IO‑Link devices, Festo Automation Suite, and Festo AX is advantageousStrong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and training delivery skills with high self‑motivationCustomer‑focused mindset with global collaboration experience, willingness to travel, and fluency in EnglishWorking Location: Bommasandra Industrial Area, Hosur Main Road, Bangalore - 99.Working Days: 5 daysWorking Model: On-siteWorking Timings: 7:45 AM to 5:00 PMWorking Experience: 5-10 years of experience
