You have:Bachelor/Masters degree in Electronic/Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years in software development with 2–3 years in a Tech Lead / Senior roleHands-on experience with distributed systems and large-scale applicationsExperience in building NMS/EMS or OSS applications and exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environmentsStrong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDBIt would be nice if you also had:Advanced programming expertise in Python, Go, or Java with system design experienceFamiliarity with cloud-native stacks like Kubernetes, Docker, and service meshKnowledge of messaging/streaming technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ
