Job Description:The Hair Stylist is responsible for delivering professional hair care services including haircuts, styling, coloring, and scalp treatments. The stylist should ensure high-quality results, maintain excellent client relationships, and uphold salon hygiene and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform haircuts, styling, and blow-drying for male and female clients.Conduct hair and scalp analysis to identify issues such as dandruff or hair thinning and suggest suitable treatments.Provide hair coloring services including full color, highlights, and root touch-ups using proper techniques.Recommend appropriate hair care products (shampoos, conditioners, serums, etc.) and educate clients on maintenance routines.Stay updated on the latest hair trends, products, and tools.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude
