Role Description As the Chief Security Officer (CSO) at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, you will oversee all security and safety measures for the hotel. This full-time, on-site position involves developing and managing security policies, supervising security personnel, performing regular risk assessments, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating security efforts with external authorities. The CSO will handle crisis management and work to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property at all times. The role is based in Bengaluru, and local candidates are preferred.
