Job Description:Job SummaryThe Pre-Sales Executive plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, and demonstrating product value. This role bridges the gap between technical solutions and customer needs to drive successful deal closures.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and business challengesDeliver product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to prospective clientsAnalyze client requirements and propose suitable solutionsPrepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentationWork closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibilityProvide technical guidance and support during the sales cycleStay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product offeringsAssist in building sales collateral, case studies, and presentationsParticipate in client meetings, workshops, and discussionsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related fieldStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple termsExperience with client interaction and requirement gatheringProblem-solving and analytical thinkingKnowledge of CRM tools and sales processes is a plusPreferred SkillsExperience in SaaS, IT services, or technology solutionsFamiliarity with solution architecture or system designExposure to RFP/RFI processesBasic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
