Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager specializing in Real Estate. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end sales process, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also involves providing personalized property consultations to clients, negotiating deals, collaborating with developers to meet sales objectives, and staying updated on market trends and property developments. Qualifications Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to achieve targetsExperience in client relationship management and ability to provide personalized servicesKnowledge of the real estate market, property trends, and legal documentationExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentProficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office; prior experience with analytics tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA is a bonusExperience in the real estate industry or a similar sales-driven sector is highly preferred
