This role translates complex business requirements into high-quality end-to-end architecture while enforcing best practices and clean architecture standards. This role resolves new challenges related to integration and data design, ensuring the platform remains robust as it grows to meet ambitions.Where you will make a difference:In this role you will:Architecture Strategy & Design:Translate business requirements into comprehensive end-to-end architecture.Design data strategies, integrations, and security models to support scalability.Resolve complex and new challenges related to integration, scalability, and data design.Manage enterprise trade-offs to ensure requirements and documentation comply with governance and security standards.Technical Governance & Compliance:Approve technical architecture and data models to ensure long-term scalability.Enforce Salesforce best practices, clean architecture, and adherence to enterprise standards.Ensure vendor engagement and documentation comply with applicable laws and policies.Solution Delivery & Operational Support:Own solution design across various Salesforce clouds and integrations.Lead design governance forums and run design workshops.Review builds to ensure they meet established standards and support complex delivery issues.Achieve high-performance KPIs that are aligned to the overall strategy and strategic objectives.Who you will be working with:Internal Leadership: Salesforce Platform Owner, C-suite, and various Heads of departments.Internal Technical Teams: Enterprise Architects, Business Leaders, Security, and Integration Teams.Internal Delivery Peers: Developers, Functional Analysts, Administrators, and Support Analysts.External Partners: System Integrators and Salesforce Technical Teams.What success looks like:Design Accuracy: Design Approval First Pass > 95% and Defect Leakage from Design Delivery Velocity: Design Turnaround Time Integrity & Standards: Adherence to Standards > 95% and Integration Success Rate > 98%.Safety & Compliance: Active management of safety issues and ensuring a safe site through implemented work practices.How you will lead:Individual Contributor:Lives our Officeworks values and behaviorsProactively contributes to a safe working environment, escalates appropriately if there are unsafe conditions or inappropriate behaviorOperates in line with applicable Officeworks company policies and Code of ConductDemonstrates a strong sense of personal accountability and curiosity to learn and develop.Qualifications and work experience:Essential:Education: Degree in I.T. or Software Engineering.Experience: 10+ years of Salesforce delivery experience with specific architecture responsibility.Specialist Skills: Expertise in integration architecture, data modelling, and security design.Leadership Knowledge: Proven ability in governance leadership and stakeholder communication.Technology Proficiency: Salesforce Clouds, Integration Tools, LeanIX, Signavio, Jira, and Confluence.
