Backed by a customer-focused team, our mission is to empower Indian industries with world-class fabrication solutions and reliable support services.Role DescriptionThis is a unique Internship/Training program designed for fresh engineering graduates who aspire to build a high-growth career in Industrial Sales and Business Development.The program begins with intensive technical and sales training at our facilities in Faridabad or Hyderabad. Upon successful completion of the training period, the candidate will be transitioned into a Full-Time Position based in Bengaluru or Chennai.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Learning: Undergo rigorous training to understand our range of cutting and welding products, their applications, and technical specifications.Market Research: Identify potential B2B clients in the manufacturing, automotive, and fabrication industries.Lead Generation: Support the senior sales team in cold calling, site visits, and generating new business leads.Sales Presentations: Learn to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical advantages to prospective customers.Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term business growth.Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly reports on sales activities and market feedback.Candidate ProfileEducation: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (Recent graduates or final year students).Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Knowledge of Kannada or Tamil is a significant plus).Aptitude: Fast learner with a strong technical grasp and a /"can-do/" attitude.Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural inclination toward sales, marketing, and negotiation.Mobility: Must be willing to relocate for training (Faridabad/Hyderabad) and for the final posting (Bengaluru/Chennai).
