Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – Channel Partner Relations to develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with our channel partners. The role focuses on driving sales performance, improving partner engagement, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in channel or relationship management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process.______________Key Responsibilities• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners.• Provide regular support, product knowledge, and training to channel partners to maintain performance standards.• Monitor and evaluate partner performance; develop strategies to enhance their sales contribution and revenue generation.• Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to ensure alignment of sales objectives and channel initiatives.• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to support partner engagement strategies.• Track, analyze, and report partner performance metrics including sales, conversions, and revenue.• Identify and resolve challenges, conflicts, or operational issues within the channel.• Provide guidance to partners on product offerings, promotions, and solutions.• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to strengthen relationships and promote brand visibility.______________Requirements & Skills• 10 - 15 years of experience in channel management or relationship/account management.• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and engage effectively with partners and stakeholders.• Proven ability to build, nurture, and manage long-term professional relationships.• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.• Effective time management and organizational skills.• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within the channel management domain.• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
