Job Description:Cluster Sales Manager – Secured Lending (Home Loans & LAP)Location: Bengaluru/HyderabadReports to: Regional Sales ManagerTeam: Sales Managers → Relationship managersFunction: City P&L, Sales Execution, Channel DevelopmentRole OverviewAs the Cluster Sales manager, you will set-up Money view’s offline secured lending business(Home Loans, LAP, Micro Lap, MSME LAP) across Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Delhi NCR Regions,driving disbursal growth through a hybrid of digital app leads and on-ground sourcing throughChannel partners/ Real Estate Developers and doing disbursals through partnerships withBanks,NBFC, HFCs. You will manage a Cluster level P&L, build a high-performing sales team, and develop a strong referral network to drive lead-to-disbursal efficiency. Build and manage relationships with multiple lending partners. This is a field-intensive, high-ownership role at the core of our distribution strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesOwnership & Revenue Delivery- Own and deliver monthly disbursal targets for the city ( Cr)₹- Drive lead conversion from App and open-market referrals- Track and improve lead-to-login and login-to-disbursal funnel metricsTeam Building & Management- Lead a team of Sales Managers (2-5) and manage 15-20 Relationship managers- Hire, train, and mentor team members for performance and compliance- Monitor productivity and enforce reporting, MIS hygiene, and follow-upsChannel & Connector Network- Build and manage a network of local referral partners, brokers, connectors- Partner with local influencers, developers, and agents to widen lead funnelOperational Execution- Work closely with bank/NBFC counterparts to drive file movement and disbursals- Liaise with central ops, credit and product for escalations and TATsRequired Experience- 5–8 years in secured lending (HL/LAP) with NBFC/HFC- Exposure to small-ticket, affordable segment and on-ground channel management- Prior experience leading city/branch-level sales teams in housing financeKPIs- Monthly HL & LAP Disbursals ( Cr)₹- Lead-to-Login and Login-to-Disbursal ratios- DSO productivity and Sales Manager team performance- Referrer activation and cost of acquisitionWhy Join Us- Entrepreneurial P&L ownership for a city business- Opportunity to scale with a fast-growing digital lending platform
