We are on a mission to make great coffee accessible while building a strong, sustainable coffee ecosystem.About the Business Vertical – B2BThird Wave Coffee operates a growing B2B business vertical, catering to the demand for coffee beans and end-to-end beverage solutions for Cafés, Restaurants, Offices, and Corporates. As we accelerate this vertical, we are building a dedicated team to scale partnerships, offerings, and revenue.About the RoleWe are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial professional to drive growth in our B2B business. This role will focus on expanding our market presence, onboarding new business clients, building partnerships, and owning revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify gaps in current B2B offerings versus market needs and work on strengthening the portfolioAcquire, engage, and onboard B2B customers including cafés, restaurants, and corporate clientsDrive topline growth and achieve assigned revenue targets for the B2B verticalBuild and manage partnerships with vendors for coffee machines, equipment, and ancillary productsWork closely with internal stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and marketing to ensure seamless deliveryOperate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and unstructured environmentWho We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in coffee, beverages, FMCG, or Horeca spaceProven track record of achieving revenue or business growth targetsHands-on experience working in dynamic or unstructured environmentsStrong ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teamsEntrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving approachKey SkillsBusiness Development & SalesRevenue Growth & Market ExpansionStakeholder ManagementPartner & Vendor ManagementEntrepreneurial and Ownership Mindset
