We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Manager to oversee the operations of multiple Apple showrooms within a designated cluster. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all showrooms.Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Leadership:• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.• Motivate and lead a team of Sales Associates to deliver outstanding sales performance.• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.• Operational Excellence:• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple showrooms to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels.• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.2. Customer Experience:• Foster a customer-centric culture within the showrooms, ensuring every customer receives personalized attention and support.• Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.3. Team Management: • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.• Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans for team members.• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.4.
