Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Apps Specialist

Company and Role DescriptionARC Advisory Group is a leading technology research and advisory firm specializing in industry, energy, and infrastructure. This is a full-time remote role for a Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Apps Specialist. The role involves managing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM as well as designing and implementing automated workflows through Power Automate and providing actionable insights for improving CRM processes. The specialist will collaborate with various teams, address system-related issues, and ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other business applications. Regular communication with stakeholders and support for CRM-related training and adoption is also required.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and Marketing)Configure and maintain: Entities, fields, forms, views, and dashboards, manage Security roles and access controlsDesign, build, and maintain Power Automate flows, including: Scheduled flows (e.g., month‑end processes) Dataverse-triggered workflows Integrations with Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and ExcelData cleanup and roll‑forward logicTroubleshoot CRM and Power Automate issuesDocument configurations, flows, and best practicesRecommend improvements and new automation opportunitiesCoordinate with global users across time zonesRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and Marketing)Strong experience with Power Apps (Dataverse-focused)Experience supporting end users and business processesComfortable working independentlyStrong written and spoken English communication skills
