Job Description: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager – MEP Project SalesWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager for Project Sales in the MEP Projects / Electrical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing the sales and managing all aspects of the sales process, including identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and closing deals. He/she will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:●    Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets●    Understand the MEP tenders/BOQs and submit offers in coordination with the team.●    Attend meetings and engage in techno-commercial discussions●    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis●    Ability to work closely with Consultants, MEP/Design Consultants, Architects, and end clients●    Manage the sales team and provide coaching, training, and support as needed●    Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders●    Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks●    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and finance, to ensure successful project execution●    Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management●    Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service●    Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologiesQualification/Skills• B.E./B. Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering + MBA• 5 to 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the MEP Projects and DG sales industry• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities• Knowledge of the MEP contracting and DG sales industry, including products, services, and market trends• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Willingness to travel as neededApollo Power Systems is a 30-year-old companyin the business of Power Generation, Integration & Maintenance.
