About the Business VerticalThird Wave Coffee operates a growing B2B business vertical, catering to the demand for coffee beans and end-to-end beverage solutions for cafés, restaurants, and corporate clients. As we scale this vertical, we aim to build a strong pipeline of partners through competitive offerings and a focused go-to-market approach.About the Internship Role (6 Months)The Business Development Intern – B2B will support the growth of our B2B vertical by assisting in lead generation, market research, and client interactions. This role offers hands-on exposure to real business scenarios, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing consumer brand.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport lead identification and prospecting for B2B clients (cafés, restaurants, corporates)Assist in market research and building a potential client databaseShadow meetings with prospective clients to understand business needs and solutioningSupport in preparing proposals, pricing discussions, and basic negotiationsCoordinate with internal teams (operations, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth executionTrack leads, follow-ups, and maintain basic reporting on sales activitiesSkills & CompetenciesStrong interest in Business Development / SalesEntrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced and unstructured environmentGood communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of stakeholder coordination
