SCM Presales & Solutioning Lead

Job Title: SCM – Presales and Solutions Consultant (Sourcing & Procurement)Reporting To: Presales HeadExperience: 8 -15 yearsLocation: PAN IndiaAbout Latinum:Latinum is seeking an experienced SCM Presales and Solutions Consultant (Sourcing & Procurement) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in presales, solutioning, and consulting for large-scale supply chain outsourcing engagements. This role requires deep knowledge of sourcing & procurement processes, solution design, and client engagement, with a focus on creating value-driven proposals and leading solution defense discussions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct due diligence and process maturity assessments with customers (domestic and international) to build strong business cases for outsourcing.Create compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs, develop winning value propositions, and articulate supply chain (Sourcing & Procurement) service offerings.Present and defend solutions with confidence during client discussions.Prepare FTE estimations, location strategies, transformation roadmaps, transition plans, and support SOW creation and contract negotiations.Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and provide support during transition to steady state.Contribute to knowledge sharing and training initiatives, including developing training modules.Represent the organization in analyst interactions to enhance brand value and positioning.Collaborate with other service lines to build integrated value propositions in large, multi-service deals.Demonstrate thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends and market developments.Required Skills & Experience:8–15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement).Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.Strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM (Sourcing & Procurement) engagements.Good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across industries such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Energy & Resources, Hi-Tech, Retail, CPG, Travel & Hospitality, etc.Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models.Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa (hands-on experience preferred).Exposure to automation, RPA, digitalization, analytics, and process mining tools such as Signavio or Celonis will be an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio).Personal AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Positive attitude with a /"go-getter/" approach.Quick learner, creative thinker, and adaptable in multicultural, global, and diverse environments.Effective communicator and strong team player.
