The role involves owning the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to closing deals. You will engage directly with decision-makers, understand customer pain points, and position Docxster as a solution that delivers immediate and measurable value.As an early member of the sales team, you will work closely with leadership and the product team, contributing customer insights that help shape go-to-market strategy and sales processes. This is not a script-based or high-volume calling role—you are expected to think, experiment, and execute with a strong sense of ownership.QualificationsInside Sales & US Market Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience selling to the US market, with exposure to SaaS or product-led sales preferred.End-to-End Sales Ownership: Proven ability to manage the sales process from lead generation through deal closure.Communication & Relationship Building: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.Sales Execution: Demonstrated capability to close deals, meet targets, and solve customer problems through consultative selling.Tools & Data: Experience with CRM tools, sales tracking, and using data to improve sales effectiveness is a plus.Work Style: High ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.Shift & Location: Willingness to work US night shift and from office.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
