Job Title: Senior Manager – Salesforce (Leadership, Strategy & Communication)Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Mode)Experience: 10+ YearsAbout the RoleThis role requires a highly experienced Salesforce leader who combines deep platform expertise with strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, and proven leadership ability. The Senior Manager will drive Salesforce transformation initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure that business, technology, and operational goals align seamlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Expertise: Lead Salesforce architecture, customization, and optimization across multiplebusiness units. Oversee configuration, integrations, data flows, automation, and platform governance.Leadership & Team Management: Manage cross-functional technical teams, mentor developers/admins, and ensureadherence to best practices, coding standards, and SDLC processes.Strategic Planning: Define long-term Salesforce roadmap, drive platform adoption, and ensurealignment with organizational goals. Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and automation.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business, finance, operations, and executive teams totranslate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
