This role combines customer relationship management, sales promotion, and administrative oversight to achieve organizational targets and deliver a seamless client experience.⸻Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities: • Promote the clinic’s services to new and existing clients to increase revenue. • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, referral partners, and corporate clients. • Handle patient inquiries, explain treatment packages, and convert leads into appointments. • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Support marketing initiatives such as health camps, awareness drives, and online promotions. • Coordinate with the marketing team for local advertising and social media campaigns.Operations Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth workflow. • Coordinate schedules between physiotherapists and patients. • Manage front desk, billing, and appointment systems. • Monitor inventory of equipment and consumables. • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness of the clinic at all times. • Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to company policies. • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly. • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.Be a bridge between patient and doctor ⸻Skills and Competencies: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Persuasive and confident sales ability. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving attitude. • Team leadership and coordination skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. • Positive attitude and professional appearance.Good with PPT and google sheets ⸻Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in sales, operations, or customer service (healthcare experience preferred). • Fluency in English and local language required.
