Position SummaryWe’re seeking a motivated and articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations, and qualifying opportunities for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and cybersecurity who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.Respond to inbound leads and nurture early-stage prospects through the sales funnel.Research target accounts to understand their cybersecurity needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.Communicate the value of Authentic One’s cybersecurity solutionsSchedule discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities in the CRM (e.g. HubSpot).Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and messaging.Stay current on cybersecurity trends, market developments, and competitors to have credible conversations with prospects.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).1–3 years of experience in Sales development, or Lead generation (preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or SaaS).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them clearly.Proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement tools.Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve results.Team-oriented with a positive attitude and desire to learn about cybersecurity.Why Join AuthenticOne Be part of a young, passionate cybersecurity company making a real impact.
