Manager I - Rider Cluster ManagerLM Operations DepartmentNo lengthy intro here, let’s get straight to the details, Zepto speed.Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :● Own daily rider operations across assigned clusters to ensure high fulfilment anddelivery performance.●Track and improve key rider metrics such as attendance, on-time performance, deliveryefficiency, productivity, and compliance.●Act as the first line of resolution for on-ground operational challenges and eliminatebottlenecks quickly.● Drive rider discipline, adherence to SOPs, and safety standards across shifts.●Lead and mentor Rider Leads and Delivery Executives, ensuring proper training,motivation, and performance management.●Optimize routing, shift planning, and rider allocation using data-driven insights.●Collaborate with city operations and central teams to implement engagement initiativesand process improvements.●Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining strong execution standards andminimal service lapses.●Identify performance gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement correctiveactions to improve last-mile efficiency.Are you who we're searching for:●Qualification: Graduate●Experience: 3–4 years in last-mile operations, fleet/rider management, ore-commerce delivery.●Strong understanding of rider performance metrics and cluster-level operations●Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with dashboards and performance trackingtools●Strong people management and communication skills, especially withground-level teamsSounds like we’re talking about you?
