The role focuses on planogramming, space optimization, and motion study to improve customer experience and drive sales across technology products and accessories.Key Responsibilities:Create and execute planograms and store layouts for tech retail storesApply motion study and customer flow analysis to improve navigation and product visibilityPrioritize product placement based on:o High vs. low sales performanceo Focus / hero productso New launches and promotionsOptimize merchandising for phones, laptops, tablets, earphones, and tech accessoriesBalance visual aesthetics with commercial performanceAnalyze sales and space productivity data to refine layoutsEnsure consistent visual merchandising standards and compliance across storesConduct store visits, audits, and provide actionable VM feedbackCollaborate with category, sales, marketing, and operations teamsTools & Software:Planogram / space planning tools, such as: DotActiv/ Leafio/ IWD/ Mockshop/ Plan Hero/ StoreIQ or similar toolsDesign Software: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CAD software to plan displays.Required Skills & Experience:3–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in electronics / tech retailStrong expertise in planogramming using creative and scientific methodsExperience with motion study, customer behavior analysis, and salesbased prioritizationAbility to convert data insights into visual merchandising decisionsStrong execution focus and attention to detailGood communication and stakeholder coordination skillsWillingness to travel for store visits and auditsKPIs & Success Metrics:Sales uplift after layout or planogram changesImprovement in sales per sq. ft and space productivitySell-through of focus and hero productsPlanogram compliance across storesExecution quality during new launches and promotionsImprovement in customer flow, dwell time, and accessory attach-rat
