This remote role involves managing staff, driving sales performance, ensuring store compliance with policies, handling customer service issues, and implementing strategies to minimize retail loss. The Retail Store Manager will also provide leadership to the team, optimize operational processes, and monitor inventory control to meet business goals.QualificationsStrong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive shopping experience and address customer needs effectively.Proficiency in Store Management, focusing on operational efficiency and team leadership.Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and customers.Experience in Retail Loss Prevention to minimize risks and ensure compliance with policies.Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage store performance and operations.Ability to operate independently and make data-driven decisions in a remote environment.Prior experience in retail or store management roles is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
