Beruru is looking for an experienced Senior Visual Merchandiser to lead visual execution and consistency across our retail stores.Key Responsibilities• Drive VM strategy and standardization across stores• Execute window displays and in-store layouts• Manage seasonal, festive and new collection rollouts• Collaborate with Marketing, Buying and Store teams• Support product styling for photoshoots and brand contentRequirements• 5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising• Background in home décor or lifestyle retail preferred• Experience handling multi-store VM execution• Strong attention to detail and execution skills
