With an aggressive expansion plan of 10+ stores this year, we are building a brand that stands for elegance, authenticity, and refined luxury.The Retail Operations Head assumes overall responsibility for overseeing and optimizing allretail operations within the organization. This pivotal role involves developing and executingstrategic initiatives to drive sales growth, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate thecustomer experience across all retail channels.Responsibilities:● Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends, driving sustainable growth and competitive advantage.● Sales and Revenue Generation: Set and monitor sales targets, leveraging data- driven insights to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and market expansion.● Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, store layout, and supply chain logistics, to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.● Customer Experience: Champion the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across all retail touchpoints, fostering a customer-centric culture and implementing initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.● Team Management: Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team of retail professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.● Financial Management: Manage retail budgets, expenses, and P&L performance to maximize profitability and ROI, identifying cost-saving opportunities and revenue- generating strategies.● Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders to optimize product assortment, pricing, and distribution channels.● Market Analysis and Insights: Stay abreast of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, leveraging data analytics and market research to inform decision-making and drive business growth.● Brand Management: Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards and values across all retail operations, collaborating with marketing and branding teams to execute cohesive brand strategies and campaigns.● Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards, implementing policies and procedures to mitigate risks and safeguard the integrity of retail operations.Candidate Profile:● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.● Proven track record of 10+ years in senior leadership roles within the retail industry,with extensive experience in managing retail operations across multiple channels and geographies.● Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and maximizing profitability within a retail environment.● Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence and deliver results.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.● Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.● Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, with proficiency in retail analytics and business intelligence tools.● Visionary thinking with the ability to anticipate market trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.● Commitment to upholding ethical standards and fostering a culture of integrity, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.
