Job Title: Regional Visual Merchandising ManagerLocation: BengaluruJob Overview:We are hiring a Regional Visual Merchandising Manager to lead end-to-end VM execution across multiple retail formats including Exclusive Brand Outlets, Multi-Brand Outlets, and General Trade within the Bengaluru region. The role is responsible for maintaining premium brand presentation, flawless execution, and high-speed campaign rollouts across flagship and high-footfall stores.Key Responsibilities:Lead VM execution across 70+ retail touchpoints in the regionEnsure adherence to brand VM guidelines and planogram complianceManage VM for new store openings and renovations with timely readinessConduct regular VM audits and on-ground training for store teamsExecute regional and national campaigns, pop-ups, and in-store activationsManage local vendors for fabrication, printing, and installationsCollaborate with marketing, projects, and mall management teamsQualifications & Experience:Graduate in Design / Visual Merchandising / Fashion Communication5–8 years of experience in VM (Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Luxury Retail preferred)Strong experience with flagship stores and metro city retail formatsExcellent execution, coordination, and vendor management skills
