You’ll combine creativity, customer insight, and data to curate compelling travel stories that drive engagement, growth, and business impact.What You’ll DoMerchandising, Marketing & CRMCurate and showcase tours, experiences, and activities through engaging in-app and off-app touchpointsIdentify and execute merchandising opportunities across banners, collections, journeys, and CRM channelsBring fresh, relevant, and seasonal travel stories to customers that inspire actionMarket & Customer InsightDeeply understand customer behavior, preferences, and travel intentTrack market trends and emerging travel themes to identify new opportunitiesContribute to short-term campaigns and long-term merchandising strategiesAnalytics & PerformanceAnalyse merchandising and marketing performance to derive actionable insightsLink data with business and product outcomes to continuously optimise content and placementCross-functional CollaborationWork closely with design, copy, product, marketing, and category teams to deliver cohesive and impactful experiencesEnsure visual storytelling aligns with Scapia’s brand voice and business goalsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in category merchandising, marketing, or selling preferably in online travel, fashion, food, or lifestyle commerceStrong customer-first mindset with a knack for storytelling and visual curationCreative flair with a sharp visual sense and attention to detailComfort working with data and translating insights into actionStrong communication and influencing skillsBias for action and willingness to work hands on in a fast paced startup environmentA genuine travel enthusiast who loves inspiring others to explore the worldWhy Join UsAt Scapia, travel is about excitement, discovery, and possibility.
