Retail Trainer - Footwear

The company’s vision is to empower everyone towards an active and healthier lifestyle through innovative fitness solutions, enabled by technology.We are looking for a Retail Trainer - Footwear to handle the training needs of our offline retail team using various methodologies, techniques and interactive activities.Key Responsibilities:Design and execute orientation programs for retail teamsConduct onboarding training sessions for new hiresAssign mentors and coaches to new sales team membersObserve the customer journey and identify training needs for each touch pointOrganize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client casesTrain retail team on product, service soft skills & KPIs in-store & in class room settingsApply various sales training techniques (e.g. gamification, case studies and group activities)Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materialDesign training calendar in discussion with the retail ops teamDesired Attributes: 2-4 yrs work experience as a Retail Trainer, Product Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar roleExperience in retail industry preferably in sportswearOpen to travel and visit the retail stores, as neededAbility to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platformsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to motivate employees to achieve sales targetsBSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant fieldAdditional certification in training will be a plus
