Property Manager

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Property Manager located in Bengaluru. The Property Manager will manage and oversee daily property operations, including lease management, tenant relations, property maintenance, and budget planning. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, addressing tenant concerns, coordinating with vendors, and optimizing property value. The Property Manager will also work to maintain financial performance by managing budgets and generating periodic reports for stakeholders.
