Role- Real Estate Market ResearchExperience- 4 - 10 yearsShift- 5:30pm - 3:30amQualification- Full time GraduateMandate Skills- GIS Analyst, Location Strategist, Proximity, Retail real estate, Location Intelligence AnalystJob Summary This position will be responsible for supporting the organization’s real estate objectives (existing store network, new stores, and relocations) by creating and managing first-class data platforms to acquire, share and analyze real estate and other related supporting information. The position requires creativity in data management, custom reporting, and the understanding of a variety of workflows throughout the company with the goal of increasing organizational efficiency. This role will require the Sr. Market Research Analyst to immerse themself into complicated real estate, construction, operation, facilities, and lease administration’s day-to-day processes.Job Description: Create, manage, and maintain a variety of real estate databases, including our primary Real Estate SQL database, REC database and input reporting, Costar dbase connection, Smartsheet, etc. Be the central database curator for all Real EstateDevelopment, Construction, Lease Administration, Store Planning, and Facilities. Verify and continually cross-check data for accuracy and validity. Annually work with our outside data vendors and consultants to incorporate updated or new data into our systems, reports, and processes.•Facilitate the acquisition and compiling of the necessary materials for the monthly Real Estate Committee meeting. Manage deadlines for REC material submittal from the REDs and validate for accuracy. Help REDs with their information materials and be responsible for producing the REC final deck for the committee.Support the Director, Real Estate Market Research and Manager, Real Estate Market Research with timely research reports including but is not limited to new store targets, relocation priorities, store closure priorities, competitive blunting strategy, and any multi-location acquisition strategies.•Support Provided Outside Real Estate Department• Develops district realignment maps and corresponding store list for operations.• Work with New Store Team on assigning new store numbers and naming conventions.• Competitive tracking for Operations, Real Estate, and Pricing.• Provide materials on an ad-hoc basis for ongoing Board of Director meetings.Other duties as assignedMinimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities• 5+ years of relevant GIS/Database experience and/or database management.
