DegreeMinimum 5 experience in Bangalore based architectural firmsProven working experience in sanction drawings and working drawingsExposure of working in high rise residential and commercial projectsProficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programsUndertake design project from concept to completionMust be from Real estate/Construction/Project ManagementInterpret and translate management requirements into drawingsResearch and decide on materials and products sourcing Coordinate for sourcing of “samples” and “mood products”Supervise work progress at siteCommunications and presentation skillsProject Management skillsResearch and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
