Position: Lead – Electrical Systems DesignLocation: BangaloreBE (Electrical or equivalent), with 8 to 15 years of relevant experienceJob Description:Design Management for all Electrical Systems for new and refurbishment projectsElectrical System design for Commercial Office Buildings and campuses – High side and Low sideDesign and execution of UPS Systems, DG Back up power systems, HSD yard, Substations for campuses, FA/PA systems, interior and exterior lightingDesign and execution of Access Control & CCTV Systems for building and campusesReview and optimization of design, BOQ, specifications for all worksUpgrade standards and specifications from time to time to remain relevant and in line with code requirements (NBC 2016, ECBC, USGBC LEED, and other applicable codes and green building guidelines)Technical and Commercial evaluation of vendor proposals and preparation of comparisons and recommendationManage execution with help of vendor partners for successful and timely completion of the projects.Manage the complete life cycle from design to commissioning independentlyIdentifying opportunities for retrofits/improvements in campus in line with organization’s set standardsOversee operations quality and drive Operations ExcellenceDrive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campusesManage other Infrastructure related works
