Arthan is hiring a Fundraising Manager for one of our partner organizations working in the education and development sector. The role involves leading strategic partnership development, fundraising, and relationship management to support the organisation's mission and long-term growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Identify & Develop Strategic PartnershipsResearch, identify, and evaluate potential funding partners aligned with the organisation's short- and long-term goalsDevelop partnership strategies to maximize impact and mutual benefits.2. Negotiate & Formalize AgreementsLead discussions with potential partners to define collaboration term and scope.Draft, review, and finalize MoUs, contracts, and SLAs.Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and regulatory frameworks.3. Manage & Nurture Existing PartnershipsMaintain ongoing communication and relationship management with existing partners.Ensure partner engagement through field visits, team interactions, and structured reporting.Proactively address conflicts, challenges, or collaboration gaps.4. Stakeholder Engagement & NetworkingRepresent the organisation at conferences, events, and stakeholder meetings.Build networks with NGOs, corporates, and individuals to strengthen long-term partnerships.Advocate for organizational initiatives and promote collaboration opportunities.5. Risk Identification & MitigationIdentify potential risks across reputation, compliance, financial, and operational areas.Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to safeguard organizational interests.Resolve issues proactively to ensure partnership stability.6. Capture Learnings & Best PracticesDocument learnings from partnership development and collaborative engagements.Share insights internally to inform decision-making and strengthen future partnerships.Support knowledge management and organizational learning.Education & Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).Background in corporate, NGO, or development sector projects is preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, or cross-sector relationship management.Skills Required:1.
