It involves leading digital marketing, content, social media, events, and influencer initiatives to increase brand awareness and directly impact sales. The role also includes managing budgets, tracking performance, and coordinating with freelancers and partners to ensure consistent execution and strong customer-facing outcomes, while supporting broader business goals.Responsibilities:Own end-to-end marketing strategy across brands, aligning plans with revenue goals, budgets and KPIs.Drive and optimise multi-channel demand generation across paid media, email, SEO and digital platforms to maximise ROI.Lead content, social and influencer strategy to build a consistent brand presence and drive engagement and conversions.Plan and execute events and experiential activations to drive brand awareness, community engagement and lead generation.Own organic and AI search visibility through structured content strategy and continuous optimisation.Enable dealer and partner networks through trade marketing, content, and co-marketing initiatives to improve sell-through.Track, analyse and report marketing performance, driving data-led decisions and continuous optimisation.Requirements:6–10 years of marketing experience in consumer, retail or e-commerce environments.Demonstrated experience managing a balanced marketing mix across digital channels and BTL/experiential initiatives within a B2C environment.Strong multi-channel expertise across paid media, content, social, SEO, email, events and influencer marketing.Proficiency in key marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, Search Console, email platforms) with a data-driven approach to optimisation.Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content, briefs and reports, and manage multiple stakeholders.Self-starter with high ownership, strong organisational skills, and ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous, multi-brand environments.
