Ideal candidates will have a proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across social media and native advertising platforms. These roles involve end-to-end campaign ownership, deep audience research, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on performance analytics and growth. Key Responsibilities:Strategically plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Taboola, and Outbrain.Use advanced tracking and attribution tools like Everflow, Voluum, and RedTrack to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.Conduct detailed market research and audience segmentation to ensure accurate targeting and high-quality lead acquisition.Continuously analyze performance metrics and KPIs to improve ROI, scale successful campaigns, and achieve lead volume targets.Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and creatives tailored to target audiences.Support lead engagement and nurturing efforts throughout the sales funnel.Stay up to date with platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices in media buying and lead generation. Qualifications:Proven experience running lead generation campaigns on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok) and native advertising platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain).Strong understanding of media buying strategies and campaign optimization for performance-driven outcomes.Hands-on experience with tracking and attribution tools such as Everflow, Voluum, or RedTrack.Solid skills in market research, data analysis, and audience targeting.Familiarity with campaign management tools and performance dashboards.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a hybrid or in-office work environment.Bonus Qualifications:Experience managing international markets or multilingual campaigns is a strong plus.
