Content needs to stand out, connect with the audience, and drive meaningful engagement, not just impressions.This role exists to build and scale a content system that consistently delivers impact.The RoleAs a Content Marketer, you will own content across the entire lifecycle, from idea to execution to distribution and analysis.You will work on building content that is sharp, engaging, and aligned with how our audience consumes information.This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys experimenting, iterating, and building what works.What You’ll OwnEnd-to-end content creation from ideation to execution to distributionContent across platforms including social media, YouTube, email, and moreRepurposing long-form content into high-performing short-form formats such as reels, carousels, threads, and shortsWriting, editing, and publishing content across formatsMaintaining and evolving Airtribe’s content language and toneTracking performance and improving content based on data and insightsCollaborating with growth, product, and program teams on campaignsWhat Problems You’ll SolveCreating content that cuts through noise and drives meaningful engagementEnsuring consistency in brand voice across platformsTurning ideas into high-performing content across formatsIdentifying what works and scaling it effectivelyBuilding a diversified content system across formats and channelsHow This Role EvolvesIn the initial phase, your focus will be on understanding the brand, audience, and existing content ecosystem while executing consistently.Over time, you will take ownership of content strategy, build scalable systems, and contribute to defining how Airtribe shows up across platforms.This role can evolve into owning larger content initiatives or leading the content function based on your trajectory.What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in content or social media roles, preferably in startups or brand-first environmentsStrong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across formatsCuriosity to explore design, video, and emerging content formatsStrong understanding of how platforms and algorithms workAbility to differentiate between vanity metrics and real impactHigh ownership mindset with a bias for executionAbility to spot trends early and experiment with them effectivelyWhat This Role Is NotThis is not a task-based content execution role.We are not looking for someone who only follows briefs.
