The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to align digital advertising strategies with broader business goals.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platformsUnderstand client industries, business objectives, and target audiences to create tailored PPC strategiesConduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentationOptimize campaigns to improve ROI/ROAS through creative testing, bid adjustments, and continuous performance monitoringCollaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual assetsCreate and deliver detailed performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendationsAct as a trusted partner to clients, providing proactive communication and ideas to support their growthQualifications & Skills1–3 years of relevant experience, in a digital marketing agency.Proven expertise in managing different types of campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn AdsStrong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking mechanismsExcellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for performance analysisAbility to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneouslyStrong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and reportingStrategic thinker with the ability to translate data into insights and business recommendationsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with B2B and B2C brands across varied industriesCertification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plusWhat We OfferA dynamic and fast-paced work environmentOpportunities to work with high-growth brands and cutting-edge toolsA collaborative team culture that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learningExposure to cross-functional teams, including content, design, SEO, and AI development
