Job Overview We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead MathCo’s external brand, demand generation, and internal marketing & communications strategy. This leader will partner closely with the Founder’s, CXO team, and business leaders to build a unified, compelling narrative for MathCo—both outside and inside the organization. This is a strategic, high‑impact leadership role responsible for shaping MathCo’s market presence, enterprise positioning, and growth engine, while also owning internal communications, culture messaging, leadership communication, and employee engagement through storytelling. The role requires a strong balance of enterprise marketing expertise, internal communications excellence, data‑driven execution, and people leadership in a high‑growth environment. Job Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Business Partnership • Define and execute an integrated global marketing strategy aligned with MathCo’s business and growth objectives • Partner with the CXO team to align marketing, internal communications, and company narrative with strategic priorities • Act as a strategic advisor on brand, market positioning, and organizational storytelling • Ensure strong alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, HR, and Leadership Brand, Positioning & Thought Leadership • Build and scale a strong, differentiated global brand for MathCo and NucliOS • Establish MathCo’s leadership in Enterprise AI, Analytics, and Decision Intelligence through thought leadership • Own messaging, storytelling, PR, analyst relations, awards, and industry presence • Ensure consistency of brand identity and voice across all channels and geographies Internal Marketing & Communications • Own MathCo’s internal marketing and communications strategy across geographies • Build a clear, consistent internal narrative that reinforces company strategy, culture, and values • Drive leadership communications including town halls, leadership messages, updates, and key announcements • Partner with HR to strengthen employer branding, employee engagement, and culture storytelling • Ensure employees are informed, aligned, inspired, and connected to MathCo’s mission and priorities • Use storytelling, campaigns, and internal channels to drive clarity during scale, change, and growth Product & Solutions Marketing • Lead product and solutions marketing for MathCo’s services and NucliOS platform • Develop GTM narratives, value propositions, sales enablement content, and customer proof points • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate innovation into market‑ready stories • Enable Sales and Alliances teams with differentiated, outcome‑driven messaging Marketing Analytics & Operations • Establish data‑driven marketing governance, metrics, and dashboards • Track ROI across campaigns, channels, and geographies • Continuously test, learn, and optimize marketing investments for scale and efficiency Team Leadership & Capability Building • Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing, future‑ready marketing organization • Foster a culture of ownership, creativity, accountability, and excellence • Develop leadership capability within the marketing function to support long‑term growth External Ecosystem & Partnerships • Strengthen MathCo’s presence across partners, platforms, communities, and industry ecosystems • Collaborate with alliances and partners on joint marketing initiatives • Represent MathCo at key industry forums, conferences, and events What We’re Looking For • 15+ years of experience in B2B, enterprise, or technology marketing, with significant exposure to leadership roles • Proven experience partnering closely with CXO and senior leadership teams • Strong track record in brand building, demand generation, and executive communications • Demonstrated ownership of internal communications and culture storytelling • Deep understanding of enterprise buyers, long sales cycles, and complex solution marketing, ABM(Account Based Marketing) campaigns within existing customer • High strategic thinking with hands‑on execution capability • Strong storytelling, influence, and stakeholder management skills • Experience in high‑growth, fast‑paced technology environments preferred What Success Looks Like • MathCo is strongly positioned as a trusted leader in Enterprise AI and Analytics • Marketing consistently delivers high‑quality pipeline and revenue impact • Employees are informed, aligned, and inspired by a clear, consistent internal narrative • Strong leadership visibility, trust, and communication across the organization • Seamless alignment between external brand promise and internal employee experience • A scalable marketing and communications engine supporting MathCo’s next phase of growth Being a Mathemagician Understand & embody MathCo’s culture and way of working.
