The role focuses on driving the institutions reputation as a premier education provider through innovative marketing campaigns and a deep understanding of the education sector.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and LeadershipDevelop and execute a robust marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to inform strategic decisions.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental objectives.Brand ManagementStrengthen the institution’s brand identity across traditional and digital platforms.Ensure consistent messaging and adherence to branding guidelines in all communication materials.Drive thought leadership initiatives to position the institution as a leader in education.Campaign ManagementPlan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns for student recruitment and retention.Oversee content marketing strategies, including blogs, videos, webinars, and social media.Collaborate with academic and admissions teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals.Digital MarketingOptimize the institution’s digital presence through SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and improve ROI.Develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing through CRM tools and automation platforms.Event ManagementCoordinate on-campus and virtual events, such as open houses, webinars, and workshops.Represent the institution at education fairs and conferences to expand its reach.Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with internal stakeholders & external stake holders.Foster partnerships with schools, colleges, and industry professionals for outreach.
