Role SummaryAs the CRM & Lifecycle Manager, you will manage the entire lifecycle:Lead → MQL → SQL → Demo → Payment → Onboarding → Retention → UpsellYou will implement and manage:CRM (Mautic)Email, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS campaignsLifecycle funnelsLead scoring & segmentationAutomated workflowsYour goal: Reduce drop-offs Increase L2P conversion Improve onboarding Increase repeat revenue Reactivate cold leads Key Responsibilities (Full Ownership)1. CRM Management (Mautic)Set up and manage Mautic CRMCreate segments, tags, custom fieldsDefine lifecycle stages (Lead → MQL → SQL → Customer → Repeat Customer)Integrate CRM with website, WhatsApp API, SMS, Email, landing pages2. Build Automated Customer JourneysYou will design, build, and optimize automated flows for:Lead NurturingDay 0 → Day 14 drip flowsIndustry-specific nurture pathsWhatsApp + Email + SMS multi-touch journeysSales EnablementAuto-qualification sequencesFollow-up remindersDemo booking workflowsOnboardingAccount setupProduct activationFirst campaign success journeyRetention & RenewalRenewal remindersUpsell & cross-sell flowsUsage-based nudgesReactivationCold lead reactivationDormant customer reactivation3.
