Meta Ad Specialist

Role OverviewWe are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and scaling Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should be strong in lead generation, funnel optimization, audience targeting, and ROAS-driven performance marketing.Salary Range:- 6-8 LPAAbout the RoleKey ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation and conversionsBuild and manage campaign structures, ad sets, creatives, and budgetsPerform audience research, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategiesMonitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and ad frequencyConduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, copies, and landing pagesAnalyze performance data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reportsWork closely with creative and content teams for ad copies, creatives, and video adsImplement Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and ensure accurate event trackingStay updated with Meta platform changes, policies, and best practicesScale profitable campaigns while maintaining performance benchmarks QualificationsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketingStrong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, pixel setup, and trackingExperience with budget scaling and performance optimizationAbility to analyze data and derive actionable insightsGood understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimizationStrong communication and reporting skills Required SkillsExperience in real estate / B2C lead generationKnowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker StudioExperience with high-budget ad accountsFamiliarity with CRM integrations and lead management systems Preferred SkillsOpportunity to work on high-impact performance campaignsGrowth-oriented work environmentCompetitive salary based on experienceLearning and upskilling opportunities Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experienceEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
