Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for an Assistant Merchandising Manager - Production and E-Commerce Operations (Fresher). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting merchandise planning, managing inventory operations, overseeing product assortment, working on production workflows, and ensuring seamless e-commerce order fulfillment. The role also involves managing customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and contributing to sales and business growth.
