We are hiring for Critical Manufacturing MES ModelerExperience -3-9 yrsLocation- Bangalore / HydDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-Have**(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)9+ years of MES experience in Manufacturing domain.3+ years of working experience in managing Critical Manufacturing MES implementations and Rollouts, master data modelling and enrichment.Certified Critical Manufacturing Professional / Associate: Modeler Previous work experience in MES implementation using any platform.Manufacturing domain experience.Collaborate with customer on requirement gathering and provide functional solutions with respect to CM capabilities and guide the modeling team on fulfillment of functional requirements.Working collaboratively and helping cross-cultural and cross-regional team members – both internal and on customer side.CM MES Configuration, Documentation, Team managementExcellent English skills, both spoken and written.Able to work independently and have leadership skills.Good-to-HaveGood communication skillsCustomer-oriented and committed to working systematically under tight schedules.Develop and produce technical reports, process flow diagrams, and documentation in support of design and developments. Innovate, propose new ideas, and define the technical approach to challenging problems.
