Role OverviewThe Trainer will be responsible for delivering classroom and hands-on shop-floor training to youth and working professionals, enabling them to become industry-ready technicians for manufacturing and allied sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver structured classroom and practical shop-floor training in manufacturing and assembly operations.Conduct hands-on sessions on tools, machines, panels, sensors, controllers, CNC/BNC, and industrial equipment.Train learners on production processes, SOPs, safety standards, quality checks, and productivity practices.Cover modules such as:Assembly & Production AssociateFitter / Mechanical TechnicianCNC & Machine OperatorElectricians & Maintenance TechnicianWelders, Tool & Die Maker / SetterRobotics/Automation Assistants, Industrial IoT Operators / Smart Machines OperatorsAssess learners through theory, practical, and viva evaluations.Mentor students for employability skills, workplace discipline, and job readiness.Support curriculum updates, lab/workshop management, and industry interactions.Support Placement Drive Eligibility & ExperienceB.Tech / B.E./ Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile, IoT, or related disciplines.1–3 years of industrial/shop-floor experience in Manufacturing, Assembly, Production, or Maintenance.6 months–1 year of teaching/training/mentoring experience preferred.Strong understanding of manufacturing tools, machines, safety practices, and quality systems. Skills & CompetenciesHands-on expertise in manufacturing processes and industrial equipment.Clear communication and presentation skills.Ability to train and mentor youth from diverse educational backgrounds.Knowledge of SOPs, safety standards, and quality systems.
