Challenging the status quo is expected. Hierarchy does not decide whose voice matters. Good ideas do.Role Description This is a full time on site role in Bengaluru for a Commercial Recovery Lawyer. You will work on live recovery matters with a strong focus on customer settlements. Your role will include drafting commercial settlement contracts structuring payment plans following up on commitments and finding practical ways to move matters toward closure.You will work closely with clients internal teams and external advocates to turn stalled receivables into real outcomes. This role is for someone who combines legal skill with commercial instinct and knows how to push a matter toward settlement.Qualifications2 plus years of experience in litigation dispute resolution debt recovery banking and finance legal work or commercial legal practiceExperience dealing with commercial settlements and litigation is preferable. Hands on drafting experience with legal notices replies settlement contracts payment plans and recovery communicationsStrong communication skills ownership and follow throughAbility to manage multiple matters with urgency accuracy and commercial awareness
