This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with business teams, simplifying legal complexity, and ensuring contracts are both robust and practical.What You’ll DoDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (vendor agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, service agreements, etc.)Build and standardize contract templates and playbooks to improve turnaround timeWork closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide pragmatic legal solutionsIdentify risks in agreements and provide clear, actionable recommendationsMaintain contract lifecycle management—tracking, organizing, and ensuring complianceCollaborate with finance and business teams on deal structuring from a legal standpointKeep contracts aligned with applicable laws and regulatory requirementsWhat We’re Looking For4-8 years of experience in legal roles with strong exposure to contract drafting and reviewLaw degree (LLB/LLM) from a reputed institutionStrong understanding of commercial contracts and negotiation principlesAbility to balance legal rigor with business practicalityHigh attention to detail and strong ownership mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environmentStrong communication skills—ability to simplify legal language for non-legal stakeholdersLocation: BangaloreReporting to: Head of Finance
