JOB DESCRIPTIONSenior User Experience Designer- Product GroupNewgen is looking for a dynamic designer for a wider role in Enterprise/B2B/BFSI space.PRIMARY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES▪ To conceptualize and create the User Experience for Newgen’s enterprise products and it’s clientswith a goal to create intuitive and delightful user journeys.▪ To conduct workshops and brainstorming sessions at clients location or online (based on project requirements) in order to gather understanding about the design and business goals of the client.▪ Work closely with Client’s SMEs and Newgen’s product team inclusive of design & engineering tocreate world-class design solutions while meeting the business need.▪ To plan relevant approach covering user personas, task flows, user journey maps and other documentation to bring alignment and clarity within the project team.▪ To present and effectively convey the design thoughts, methods and approaches to the project teams and stakeholders.▪ Proven capability to understand product’s potential and design solutions across multiple platformsand devices.▪ Experience in creating and interpreting design systems and applying them to the product design.REQUIRED SKILL SET▪ Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.▪ Ability to understand project requirements and use cases thoroughly by asking all relevant questions while brainstorming with project teams.▪ The best way to have a good idea is to have a lot of ideas- Open to explore a lot of approaches while solving a problem, especially during wireframing.▪ Ability to create and present UX prototypes to stakeholders- Ability to confidently explain design decisions to reviewers / stakeholders with enough plausible reasoning and research to convince them.▪ Must have experience in re-usability of designing.▪ Good to have proficiency in Adobe XD but not a mandatory skill.▪ Active participation in UX and Design groups.▪ Passionate to become an evangelist for user experience internally and externally.▪ Being a good team player and being able to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.▪ Ability to work under minimal supervision.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE▪ Bachelor’s to Advanced Degree in Design, orsimilar industry with relevant certification from areputed design institute.▪ In case of a non-professional degree, the candidate must possess adequate intellect, processorientation and self-drive to match Job requirement.▪ Around 2-4 years of design experience with at least 1 year in Enterprise/B2B/BFSI space.PART OF UX GROUP▪ Reports to Manager-UXLOCATION▪ Noida, India
