The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end data migration projects and a solid understanding of data quality, data governance, and SAP data migration processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute end-to-end data migration activities using Syniti toolsWork extensively on Syniti ADM / ADMM platform for data extraction, transformation, and loadPerform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliationCollaborate with functional and technical teams across modules (e.g., SAP)Define and implement data migration strategies, templates, and rulesEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout migration cyclesHandle mock loads, dress rehearsals, and cutover activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during migration phasesPrepare documentation for migration processes and data validationRequired Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Syniti (Mandatory)Strong hands-on experience in Syniti ADM / ADMMProven experience in data migration projects (SAP preferred)Experience in data mapping, transformation logic, and data validationStrong understanding of ETL concepts and data quality frameworksExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsMandatory Requirements:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SynitiSyniti Certification (Mandatory)Strong experience in Data Migration projectsGood to Have:Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projectsKnowledge of data governance and master data managementExposure to LTMC / LTMOM / Migration CockpitExperience working in agile environments
