A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and enhancements to existing applications while keeping abreast of the latest technologies and methodologies in application development.Key Responsibilities:Expected to be an SMECollaborate and manage the team to performResponsible for team decisionsEngage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisionsLead the application development processProvide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teamsEnsure the smooth functioning of applicationsAddress any issues that may ariseContribute to the success of the projectsSkills Required:Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.Experience in designing and configuring applications using SAP ABAP for HANAKnowledge with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5.Experience with SAP HANA database and its integration with ABAP.Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs.Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 15 years of full-time education.Minimum 3+ year(s) of experience is required
